- Boil, bite and wear (follow the full instructions in the package)
- Store in your GuardLab mouth guard case when not in use (included)
- APEX can be worn with braces but consult your dental professional before fitting your mouthpiece for advice. Make sure brackets are protected before fitting the guard.
