Choose Upper or Lower. The choice is based on your personal preference.
Returning customer?
Select Re-Order if you already have a scan on file. We’ll use your existing scan so you can skip the fitting process.
2. Get a 3D Dental Scan
Visit a dentist or scan partner for a quick digital 3D scan.
Note: The scan fee is paid directly to the dentist at the time of your appointment. Fees vary by location and may range up to $100. One scan can last for many years, allowing you to easily reorder guards in the future.
For the best comfort and bite alignment, please submit a dual-arch scan.
